I’m not a big fan of spending all my time, making special meals and custom smoothies for meals like other health courses. That is not required for Eat Stop Eat. It uses a simple concept of adding fasting once or twice a week to your game plan to easily cut down the calorie consumption. It might take you a couple weeks to get used to the fasting but it should be easy to follow, rather than counting and writing down all the calories you eat.

If you want to “live a little” and still get fat loss result, Eat Stop Eat is for you. Although it can go up to 24 hours of fasting, you will be able to eat what you want where you don’t have to be obsessive about what you eat. Another good factor is that you can decide on when you want to do the fasts to fit your schedule.

The interesting thing is that most folks believe the only way to get the same fat burning condition is from hour long, intense workouts which is not the case. Brad teaches by adding short terms of fasting, you alter your body to increase your metabolism as if you had that extreme to burn your fat.
