I’m not a big fan of spending all my time, making special meals and custom smoothies for meals like other health courses. That is not required for Eat Stop Eat. It uses a simple concept of adding fasting once or twice a week to your game plan to easily cut down the calorie consumption. It might take you a couple weeks to get used to the fasting but it should be easy to follow, rather than counting and writing down all the calories you eat.

Although it can go up to 24 hours of fasting, you will be able to eat what you want where you don’t have to be obsessive about what you eat.
